They are seeking a Software Engineer focusing on core infrastructure to build and scale their products and platform, including a payments product and a managed database for financial transactions. Responsibilities: Building the infrastructure to scale Modern Treasury's products and platform. Owning production and developer operations for engineering teams. Instituting methods to increase productivity and efficiency of tools and systems. Building large-scale infrastructure for payments or related systems. Supporting internal stakeholders and building tools that accelerate product iteration and delivery. Working with the product team to build products and features for users. Qualifications: Experience building web applications professionally for 2+ years Experience working with SQL/Relational databases and other types of data storage systems Experience with containerization and cloud-native deployments Architected several layers of infrastructure — storage, networking, orchestration, deployment, data processing, observability, and monitoring for high reliability and availability systems on bare-metal or cloud providers. Owned production and developer operations for engineering teams and instituted methods to increase productivity and efficiency of tools and systems. Built large-scale infrastructure for payments or related systems. Excited about supporting internal stakeholders and building tools that accelerate product iteration and delivery.
