Senior Data and Reporting Analyst
to support our business in decision-making and operational efforts by providing vital data, reporting, and business intelligence services. In this role, you will be a data and reporting expert within the Reporting and Analytics team. Key Responsibilities: Develop reporting solutions in accordance with internal standards and best practices, translating business requirements for various reporting platforms. Enhance the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports. Lead request intake sessions to gather reporting requirements and prioritize projects. Establish and maintain governance processes for reporting, data, and metrics. Create strategic partnerships with leadership across the organization, serving as an advocate for the Reporting and Analytics team. Coach and guide team members and clients in utilizing and interpreting data effectively. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting. At least 3 years of SQL experience. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship. Desired Skills: Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Experience collaborating with various business areas and leadership levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access. Prior experience with reporting tools such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau, etc. Knowledge in data consolidation and modeling practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python and Big Query. Consulting experience in Business Intelligence. Project management or scrum leadership experience. Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare data. Background in quality process improvement initiatives. Experience applying statistical analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Prime Therapeutics maintains the right to assign additional duties as necessary. The potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 to $138,000.00 depending on experience and skills.
