Delivery Architect Director- CPRS (Consumer Products) - Solution Architect Delivery Architect Director- CPRS (Consumer Products) - Solution Architect The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting complex SAP CPRS (Consumer Products/ Retail/ Services) solutions. Seeking in-depth knowledge of SAP modules as well as subject matter expertise with core processes in the Consumer Products sector. Must have a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP CPRS Solutions. Your Role: Oversee, or be responsible for, design, development and delivery of templates, accelerators, and IP's across multiple areas of expertise. Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions. Established personal brand amongst peers and executive leaders as the domain expert to call upon for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities. Sustained success at this high level, raising the performance level of the entire team they engage with. Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SAP architecture roadmaps. Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices. Drive innovation by staying abreast of SAP updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and recommending strategic enhancements to our SAP landscape. Manage a team of SAP architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, SAP partners, and other external stakeholders. Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies. Lead the evaluation and selection of SAP technologies and tools to meet business needs. Provide technical leadership and support for SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards. Present architecture concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders. Your Skills and Experience: 15+ years professional experience with additional expert knowledge in SAP modules and deep understanding of integration into SAP S4/Hana. Able to comprehensively apply that expertise across all applicable industry verticals. Recognized externally as an expert in a specific area of the solution. Consistently updates knowledge of the latest SAP releases, capabilities, and roadmaps. Aptitude and attitude to rapidly pickup new technologies or value propositions relevant across Capgemini lines of business and effectively map them to the requirements of our existing and prospective clients. Expert in multiple core business processes, and associated functions, for one industry sector, or a limited number of micro industry sectors. Capable of facilitating a technology agnostic business capability /process workshop. Invited to publish or speak at industry events (virtual or physical). Recognized by peers as always being current/tip of spear on domain knowledge. Shares that knowledge and encourages peers commitment to continuous learning. Build and maintain commercially productive relationships with multiple complementary third-party organizations at a regional level. Ability to Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region. Contribute learnings and content from delivery programs to enrich our body of knowledge for the domain or industry. Able to own plan and deliver an entire proposal response from specific reference to a clients requirements, and or CPRS industry, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV. Capable of doing this for proposals that span Capgemini lines of business across the SBU, playing as #OneCapgemini. Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc). Demonstrated ability to overcome natural friction and challenges in complex multi-BL proposals to deliver the right solution for the client and for Capgemini as a whole. Understand clients pain points, opportunities, and business context. Can create and articulate a north star for the engagement, and the business benefits which the proposal will deliver for the client. Able to estimate the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities in excess of $50 million across Capgemini lines of business. Able to develop and present innovative implementation strategies, including consideration of a clients budget, cash flow, and time to value. Able to identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies (including outcomes based models) which are appropriate for delivering business outcomes and associated value while being commercially viable to Capgemini. Able to deliver a compelling presentations to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement. Able to own plan and deliver an entire oral presentation across Capgemini lines of business for an opportunity in excess of $50 million. Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects greater than $50 million. Able to take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across Capgemini lines of business. Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of a large transformation project in excess of $50M. With detailed understanding of all functions and phases across the many services required of Capgemini and it's 3rd party partners to deliver the program outcomes.
