What you will be doing:
Observe and evaluate patients/residents and report any changes in condition Support nursing assessments and assist in developing care plans Administer prescribed medications and perform clinical treatments Supervise unlicensed personnel and monitor delivery of care Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards Experience you will need: Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program Active or pending LPN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Current BLS/CPR certification (required for skilled nursing or as mandated by the state) Ability to work collaboratively with RNs and unlicensed support staff Strong attention to detail, documentation, and patient monitoring Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days Sheena Afreen #INDEH123
