Milpitas, CA Role/Responsibilities We are in need of leaders onsite to play the role of onsite director for key accounts Should have an extensive experience in the MedTech and/or Pharma engineering (10+ years) Should have played customer facing role onsite in US for a minimum of 3 years Communication and articulation skills should be excellent Should be able to understand our customer needs, relate it to our capabilities, prepare propositions/solutions to create opportunities Should be able to respond to opportunities from the customer in terms of bringing the best team together and building a winning response Should be able to manage a set of 5-10 senior onsite leads to manage customer expectations on current programs and also to generate business leads Will guide these onsite leads on identification and conversion of opportunities Will work with sales L3 leaders ( two in a box) to strategize and execute growth plan for a set of large accounts Should be able to connect and engage in meaningful conversation with director, VP and SVP level in customer organization Preferably a digital native person or at least should have a very deep understanding of digital space Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $

This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
