Position Overview : We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to serve as our General Manager at our Whittier, CA location. You will oversee restaurant operations, manage staff, achieve profit goals, drive guest growth, and lead sales activities. Your focus will also include employee selection, retention, operational improvements, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
Promote company mission, vision, and core values. Assist others proactively. Analyze financial and operational reports to meet goals. Manage restaurant operations, guest service, and staff training. Achieve profit and sales targets by managing costs and operations. Implement corporate initiatives and marketing promotions. Develop managers and staff through training and coaching. Ensure equipment and facilities comply with standards and regulations. Hire, onboard, and retain quality staff. Handle employee relations and deviations from standards. Create and execute local marketing plans. Maintain security and safety procedures. Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards. Foster a respectful and enjoyable environment. Comply with employment policies and regulations. Follow cash handling and operational procedures. Perform other duties as needed. Benefits

Minimum 3 years management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work at least 55 hours/week. Food Safety Manager certification required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Physical ability to lift weights and operate in a busy environment.
