Summary:
The individual will be involved with design calculations, plan preparation, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
Responsibilities include:
Applying prescribed methods to complete specific portions of broader assignments
Adjusting and correlating data
Recognizing discrepancies in results and following operations through detailed steps
Exercise limited judgment in preliminary method selections and alternatives
Designing specific system components for the overall design effort
Performing design calculations, preparing specifications, and providing direction to technical staff
Required Education/Licenses:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Required Experience:
2+ years of Single-Family Land Development experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships
