Remotely install and configure client software applications Coordinate with client IT departments or third-party vendors to ensure successful installations Conduct basic training for end users after software deployment Troubleshoot and resolve Level I/II issues related to:
Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Desktop, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint Remote access tools: Citrix, VPN, Terminal Services Networking: LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, security Backup and disaster recovery systems VoIP systems and hardware/peripherals
Triage support tickets and assist with help desk call overflow Maintain detailed documentation for each client interaction Stay current with technology through training and certifications Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems or a related are plus 2 to 4 years in an IT support, help desk, or managed services role (Level I or II). Experience with software installations, remote troubleshooting, and working with client IT departments or vendors is especially relevant. Background in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment Familiarity with installing and supporting Dictation and Voice Productivity software (a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
