DC SCORES is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children through neighborhood teams, integrating poetry/spoken word, soccer, and service-learning into a comprehensive program. Our mission is to serve children attending Title I schools, maintaining a balanced gender ratio, and providing all programs free of charge through afterschool programs and summer camps. Since 1994, we have positively impacted over 25,000 children and are part of the America SCORES network, with partnerships across various educational and community organizations in DC. About the Position We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Senior Development Operations (DevOps) Manager to oversee our fundraising foundation: our Salesforce donor database. The role involves managing CRM tools, overseeing gift processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and training colleagues. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer and focuses on building expertise in our systems and providing fundraising insights to exceed revenue goals. Initial responsibilities do not include managerial duties but emphasize system proficiency and process adherence.
