About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Program Director for its Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of the division, ensuring the delivery of quality care in a compliant and efficient manner. This role involves providing strategic vision and operational execution to meet the health, safety, and service needs of clients, with a focus on maximizing opportunities for independent community integration. The Executive Program Director will lead a team to integrate care, coordinate with outside providers, and manage complex cases, all while upholding the religious and cultural values of the community.
Key responsibilities include direct supervision of divisional staff, talent development, and maintaining relationships with community and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in a similar setting, and a proven track record in managing large-scale healthcare or human services. Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management. Familiarity with Orthodox Judaism or a strong interest in developing cultural competency is also a requirement. The role demands a leader who can ensure the division meets its productivity and utilization goals, delivers financial results, and maintains high clinical standards while fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
