Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is looking to add experienced Service Advisors! Customer service, data entry, writing estimates, and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be the primary responsibilities. Apply today!
As a Service Advisor you will: Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner. Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order. Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications. Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts. Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle. Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed. Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress. Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage.

Qualifications: Valid driver's license with clean driving record Time management skills Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction Have basic computer skills to include typing and Microsoft Excel Be organized, professional and courteous Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
