As a Technical Director, you will lead a world-class tech team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel. You will handle industry and practice responsibilities, identify knowledge gaps, develop project plans, manage budgets, and leverage organizational expertise.

Qualifications include:

• 8-10 years’ experience in consulting or advisory roles as a technical specialist, architect, or developer
• 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM implementations
• Deep expertise with integration products like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
• Experience in designing cloud-based enterprise software solutions, complex integrations, and data conversions using RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

The estimated salary range is $165,000 - $225,000, with total compensation including incentives up to $303,750. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
