Digital Experience Designer Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, was founded by two former MLB players and their athletic trainer who began handcrafting bats for some of the best players in the game from their garage in 2004. Fast forward to today, that dedication to quality and understanding of players’ needs has turned Marucci into an All-American success story, the number one bat preferred by players and The Official Bat of Major League Baseball (MLB). Position Summary: We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Experience Designer to join our ecommerce team. This role combines UX/UI design and performance creative, driving exceptional shopping experiences across six DTC brands. You'll design and optimize user flows, merchandising modules, landing pages, and channel-specific creative (email, paid, and more) with a strong focus on conversion, mobile responsiveness, and storytelling that performs. Position Responsibilities: UX/UI Design & Site Optimization
Design and refine ecommerce interfaces, including PLPs, PDPs, homepage features, and navigation Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile Collaborate with developers to bring UX/UI updates to life across six brand storefronts Partner with ecommerce team to execute A/B tests and implement winning layouts Translate heatmaps, click maps, and customer behavior data into design improvements
Performance Creative Development
Design ad-ready creative for Meta, Google, and other digital channels Develop email banners, SMS visuals, and dynamic content modules for Klaviyo Tailor creative to platform specs and campaign objectives while staying on-brand Support evergreen creative needs for product launches, bundle offers, loyalty, and promos Rapidly iterate creative based on performance data and feedback loops
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with ecommerce, brand, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency Maintain a scalable visual system that supports both premium brand storytelling and digital performance goals Help drive visual QA during site updates and product launches
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools Strong understanding of ecommerce UX principles and mobile-first design Experience designing creative for email, paid media, and landing pages Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Data-informed mindset - understands how design decisions impact performance Skills Preferred: Advanced certifications or coursework in UX/UI, ecommerce, or digital marketing a plus Experience working with headless commerce frameworks or BigCommerce Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and heatmap tools like Crazy Egg or Hotjar Background in CRO or testing strategy Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field Experience: 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce UX/UI or digital design, preferably in a DTC or multi-brand environment Disclaimer
