The responsibilities include managing projects like marketing automation, email content creation, and paid media management. Creativity, willingness to learn, organizational skills, and passion for growth marketing are essential. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager reports directly to the COO. We seek proactive, solutions-driven individuals who are eager to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Join our fun, collaborative team! We offer a competitive salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus benefits, including healthcare, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), profit sharing, and remote work flexibility. The position requires availability from 9-5 EST. Responsibilities: Paid Media Management Design and deploy paid campaigns across channels like LinkedIn Ads, track metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions. Collaborate with strategy and vendor teams to oversee campaign implementation. Optimize and report on campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads. Generate ideas to meet digital objectives and coordinate campaigns. Campaign Management Develop strategies for lead generation via email and landing pages using HubSpot and other tools. Create engaging content and coordinate marketing strategies. Conduct competitor research, execute campaigns, and report performance. Manage social media content, verify accuracy, and monitor KPIs. Account Management Manage client portfolios with the Client Services team. Adhere to project scopes, deadlines, and schedules using project management tools. Build client relationships and facilitate meetings. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, paid media, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS/agency. Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot. Expertise in paid media, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads. Strong analytical, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively. Excellent technical, communication, planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience with retargeting is a plus.
