Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Cypress HCM Lead digital transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing key enterprise systems (WMS, TMS, MRP, S&OP). Ensure solutions align with business needs and drive operational efficiency across departments. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle implementation of systems such as WMS, TMS, MRP, and S&OP. Lead process mapping and optimization to align tech solutions with business goals. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with finance and operations to integrate new systems effectively. Drive user adoption through training and ongoing support. Manage vendor selection and partnerships; participate in RFPs. Track KPIs and report project health to technology leadership. Bridge communication between technical and functional teams. Qualifications: 5+ years in digital transformation, systems implementation, or process optimization. Experience with one or more of the following: WMS, TMS, MRP, S&OP, or ERP (NetSuite a plus). Strong project management skills; PMP or similar certification preferred. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing workflows. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT. Pay Rate: $110-140K Seniority level
