As a director you will help develop and lead a new community concierge services team, specializing in high-touch outreach for our community of independent wealth advisors. The Community team exists to elevate the personal and professional success of the Commonwealth family and strengthen all that connects us through deepening our advisor connection and engagement with our firm and among each other. This role will execute a strategic vision to ensure our existing advisors experience proactive outreach from a team of specialists who anticipate their needs, cementing us as an indispensable service partner in their continued success. Key Responsibilities Support the development of a dedicated concierge-style team to serve as the go-to resource for all Advisors’ needs by executing a framework, KPIs, and areas for enhancement as defined by the VP Maintain an extensive understanding of Commonwealth/LPL offerings Manage the community concierge services process, procedures and relationship building training Oversee the team’s successful connection with 500+ offices annually, including the capture of office dynamics, feedback, and sentiment in CRM Based on data and insights provided by the team:
Report on engagement trends internally and across the firm Recommend service enhancements to optimize the Advisor experience and increase product adoption Create and collaborate on advisor-facing communications and resources
Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for our Advisors, helping them navigate the firm, optimize resources, and achieve meaningful business outcomes Core Strengths and Skills Strong understanding of Commonwealth’s Advisors’ business practices, client service models, and needs as independent small business owners Outstanding interpersonal skills, including a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships within Commonwealth and among Advisors’ firms Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and presenting across the firm Experience capturing and analyzing client feedback and sentiment, and identifying trends and driving continuous improvement A proactive and adaptable leadership style Track record of showing Commonwealth-level of care and service 10+ years of experience at Commonwealth Potential for optional travel Have we piqued your curiosity?
