Join our Planning & Development Team to work on diverse projects including treatment plants, pumping stations, and pipelines for municipal and industrial clients. This role requires a Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineer with a PE license, with experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects. You will lead project delivery, including design, permitting, and construction support, utilizing your consulting expertise. Your responsibilities will include: Sales: Lead proposal responses, develop strategies, review proposals, establish pricing, and negotiate contracts. Delivery: Oversee project estimates, develop procurement strategies, lead design and permitting activities, manage schedules, review drawings, and participate in client meetings. Post Delivery: Conduct lessons learned sessions and develop client follow-up strategies for warranty and repeat business. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field Minimum 15 years of municipal water and wastewater engineering experience PE license preferred Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent communication and proposal skills Join us and contribute to meaningful projects.
