The 2K Vegas team is looking for a dynamic and expert technical leader to run our Data Analytics group. In this role, you will help architect the team for overall strategic vision, driving the tactical execution, and collaborating on challenging ideas and are not afraid to jump in and drive those ideas to successful conclusions. Our aim is use data to inform our operations and decisions while providing the best service possible. What you will be doing
Build a multidisciplinary team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists / Analysts and Program Management to ensure timely delivery of solutions Establish an appropriate technical direction, leadership, and strike a balance between short-term impact and long-term results with a consistent architectural vision Establish partnerships with peer development teams, Clients, Product Managers, Sales, Quality Assurance and Customer Success maintaining visibility and impact Translate partner needs into data solutions that enable partners to make informed decisions Lead, encourage, and influence to make sure your team and partners are successful Build analytic solutions using various big data techniques and tools, and documenting these solutions and the technical data architecture What you will need to succeed
10+ years in Software or Product Delivery roles 6+ years leading Data Engineering and Data Analytic teams and their resulting solutions Experience with Product Lifecycle Management including development of dashboards and metrics to show the status of data governance and quality Experience building strong partnerships across different management levels and with peer teams across the company Strong desire to build solutions that can be used by multiple teams, understand the root cause of technical challenges and details of source data in existing and new systems Experience with the creation and managing data policies that conform to support client data needs and meet any regulatory requirements (COPA, PIPL, GDPR, etc) BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or equivalent experience Preferred qualifications:
