Performance Marketing Specialist
to join their remote team. Reporting to the Paid Search Director, you'll manage paid search campaigns, build out attribution models, and optimize local SEO strategies across a portfolio of healthcare clients. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, excel at tracking performance across channels, and bring strong PPC, SEO, and analytics experience to the table. [REMOTE] Performance Marketing Specialist (Agency exp req) Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google and Bing Ads campaigns for healthcare clients Build and analyze GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM-integrated attribution models Conduct keyword audits, prune negative keywords, and track ROAS & CPL Implement and troubleshoot tracking for forms, calls, and CRM uploads Create dashboards integrating Google Ads, GA4, CallRail, and CRM data Execute local SEO strategies and GBP optimization for multi-location clients Collaborate with SEO/content teams to support technical and on-page SEO Support paid social campaigns and manage Meta Pixel tracking Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate offline conversion tracking [REMOTE] Performance Marketing Specialist (Agency exp req) Qualifications 2+ years of PPC & SEO digital marketing experience in an agency environment required Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Tag Manager experience required Call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail, Invoca) experience required Familiarity with offline conversion tracking workflows required Strong GA4 and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio) experience required Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization required Seniority level
