Plego is seeking multiple talented and self-motivated Senior PHP Developers to join our growing team. If youre passionate about Laravel, WordPress, and building high-performance web applications, wed love to hear from you. This is a WFH Position. Timings are 6:30 pm 4 am (Pakistan Standard Time) and 7:00 pm 4:30 am (Indian Standard Time). As a Senior PHP Developer (Full Stack Laravel & WordPress), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance web applications and websites. This role requires expertise in both Laravel and WordPress, handling backend and frontend development seamlessly. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration, robust functionality, and top-notch performance. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities. Build and optimize Laravel-based web applications and APIs. Ensure scalability, security, and performance across both platforms. Lead and guide the frontend development team for successful project execution. Develop optimized, high-speed eCommerce websites on WooCommerce. Deploy and migrate WordPress websites across platforms like AWS, WP Engine, etc. Integrate APIs and third-party services for enhanced functionality. Optimize website performance through debugging, maintenance, and improvements. Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, WordPress, WooCommerce, and MySQL. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in both WordPress and Laravel development. Experience with WordPress deployment, migration, and hosting environments. Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), WPML, Contact Form 7 (CF7), and other plugins. Experience with Git and version control systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of RESTful API development and integrations. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with page builders like Elementor and Divi. Knowledge of server administration and hosting environments. About Us
