is a Christ-centered assisted and independent living community for adults 18+ with disabilities near Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. More than just a care facility, we are a loving, mission-driven community dedicated to helping each person grow and thrive in their God-given purpose. We are seeking a
purpose-filled and committed Christian leader
to serve as our
Director of Maintenance and Facilities
- a hands-on leadership role essential to creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. If you’re driven by faith, excellence, and purpose, this could be your calling. What You'll Do ️ Lead and manage all maintenance operations, repairs, and facility upkeep ️ Supervise and schedule maintenance staff ️ Oversee building systems including: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool operations ️ Manage vendors and contractors for renovation and capital projects ️ Ensure all environments reflect safety, functionality, and the heart of our mission What You Bring A strong personal commitment to your Christian faith, Christian values and our mission 3+ years of maintenance/facility leadership experience Solid knowledge of building systems: mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry High school diploma/GED required Pool and well certifications (or willingness to obtain) Seniority level
