As the Director of Operational Excellence - Digital Transformation & ISC Analytics, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of automation, data engineering, and process excellence initiatives across Honeywell's global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC). This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Concurrent Engineering, ensuring tight alignment between product development, manufacturing, and digital innovation. Strategic Leadership & Transformation
Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for automation, digitization, and analytics across 22 global factories. Identify and implement high-value analytics and automation opportunities aligned with business goals. Data Engineering & Platform Development
Oversee the development of the ISC Data Hub and advanced analytics platforms using big data, cloud, Artificial intelligence and real-time processing technologies. Guide teams in building scalable, production-grade applications using APIs, microservices, and modern data architectures. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations through data tools and automation leveraging artificial intelligence. Collaboration & Communication
Partner with IT, data science, Operations, and business leaders to ensure alignment and successful execution. You Must Have
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or data engineering roles. Proven experience working in Integrated Supply Chain or manufacturing environments. We Value
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree in Engineering, or Data Science. Proven track record of leading digital transformation in manufacturing environments. Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Experience with ERP, MRP, and logistics systems. Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions. Familiarity with visualization tools Ability to influence and inspire across global teams. Hands-on technical expertise and a passion for innovation. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. A results-driven mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and impact.
