Riam Recruiting has the privilege of working with a family-owned Home Health company based in the Central Valley of California. We are helping them find their next Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS).
Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the DPCS will lead the overall direction of home health clinical services. The position oversees a team of 14 to 15 people. This includes three clinical managers, an intake team of 9-10, and a scheduler.
The position will be on-site at their Salida, CA location, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
Current RN licensure 3 years of management experience within the last 5 years in a home health or hospice organization, OR 4 years of RN experience within the previous 5 years in home health, hospice, primary care, or a health facility with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
Compensation:
$140,000- $170,000 DOE
