About the Role
We are in search of a Director of People Analytics Technology and Operations to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust, data-driven talent analytics strategy. In this pivotal position, you will delve into workforce trends, evaluate talent performance, and analyze key HR metrics. Utilizing cutting-edge AI-driven analytics, you will enhance workforce planning and optimize HR initiatives. You will serve as a thought leader, ensuring that analytic insights align with our growth strategy while directly supporting HR teams and business leaders in instigating transformative change.
Key responsibilities also include overseeing artificial intelligence initiatives within HR, managing strategic HR technology, and leading global payroll and people operations. We seek a candidate with over 10 years of global HR leadership experience, specifically in HR operations, talent analytics, global payroll, and HR technology. A proven track record in AI project leadership and HR technology solution implementation is essential. The ideal candidate will adopt a hands-on, results-driven approach, possess strong process and project management skills, and demonstrate the ability to foster collaboration across various departments and regions. Experience with HRIS platforms, a background in data or finance, and relevant HR certifications are highly preferred.
