What You’ll Do:
- Define the product vision and roadmap for Xometry's post-order products, aligning with business strategy and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless post-order experiences.
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute post-order product launch strategies.
- Manage the post-order product lifecycle, driving continuous improvements based on feedback and data.
- Use analytics to measure and optimize product performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends in post-order management and logistics.
- Oversee documentation and support materials for post-order processes.
What You Need To Be Successful:
- 10+ years in product management, with 3-5 years leading product teams.
- Strong business acumen related to post-order outcomes.
- Proven success in launching and scaling B2B post-order solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience building high-performing product teams in fast-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable strategies.
- Executive presence to communicate vision to stakeholders.
- Understanding of post-order processes, logistics, and customer service.
- Experience managing product roadmaps for enterprise software related to post-order.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
