Director of Attorney Professional Development

Law firm is seeking a Director of Attorney Professional Development to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Develop & implement training programs, mentorship and/or coaching opportunities, orientation and onboarding initiatives, individualized learning plans, and leadership development pathways.
- Oversee management of all Firm CLE compliance.
- Manage & mentor the attorney professional development team.
- Develop attorney professional development budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- JD highly preferred.
- At least 10+ years of experience in professional development required.
- At least 7+ years of experience in professional development with prior experience as a practicing attorney.
- Law firm experience strongly preferred.
- MS Office Suite & HRIS required.
