Director of Talent
will focus on building a Talent Management System that elevates our frontline talent. This includes designing, launching, and driving tools, processes, infrastructure, and mindsets that drive engagement across the teammate lifecycle. Success means our frontline leaders will consistently drive role clarity, performance, and career growth for our frontline teammates. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in implementing strategic work across large teammate populations. You will report to the Sr. Director of Talent Management and collaborate with leaders across multiple functions. Over time, you may work on Talent projects for other populations. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development:
Translate internal and external trends into approaches that enhance frontline leader effectiveness, teammate retention, and engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Learning & Development, People Services Operations, People Insights & Analytics, Legal, and others to implement strategies.
Tools and Infrastructure:
Design and build tools, processes, and infrastructure to drive role clarity, performance, and growth, especially for frontline teammates.
Scaled Deployment:
Implement these tools and processes across stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainability.
Measurement and Monitoring:
Develop systems to capture data, analyze insights, and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Experience:
7+ years in strategy development, managing strategic projects, scaled deployments, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
Strategic Thinking:
Proven ability to create strategies and align stakeholders, including executives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships across all levels to inform and drive project alignment.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze large data sets and develop insights.
Project Management:
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive change.
Communication:
Excellent written and oral skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
Change Management:
Ability to inspire and influence teams without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.

$110,100.00 - $161,700.00 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience. Learn more at
