This position plays a vital role in shaping our future by leading leadership development and enhancing organizational effectiveness. As part of the Americas People & Culture leadership team, you will develop strategies to improve team performance, build capabilities, and align our organizational structure with strategic priorities. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement global programs such as Engagement & Inclusion Surveys, Talent Assessment, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, ensuring regional impact and alignment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead organizational effectiveness and leadership strategies aligned with TWE’s global frameworks, tailored for the Americas. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with impactful execution. Design and implement leadership development programs, including coaching, succession planning, and high-potential initiatives. Manage regional engagement and inclusion surveys, and drive initiatives based on findings. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives as core organizational values. Manage change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and sustainability. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through feedback and analytics. About You
5-7 years’ experience in organizational or leadership development, with proven project management skills. Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with organizational goals. Experience working with C-suite and senior leaders, with strong influencing skills. Expertise in leadership coaching, organizational design, and culture-building. Data-driven, results-oriented, with a track record of measuring program impact. Experience navigating global organizations and managing across diverse cultures. Why You'll Love It Here
