Strong background in Agile practices, estimation methodologies, and quality management.
Exposure to data and analytics solutions.
Experience establishing architectural blueprints.

Proven ability to manage, grow, and expand large engineering teams.
Ability to drive technological excellence and build community best practices.
Strong recruitment skills with experience in defining and evaluating key technical and interpersonal skills.

Effective communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills to collaborate with UX and business teams to solve end-user problems and support transformation.
