Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy internal applications and workflow automations to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Oversee EMR integration projects and ensure seamless connection of all systems and machines through cloud infrastructure. Analyze and unify internal and external systems, eliminating duplicate processes and optimizing data flows. Collaborate with leadership to centralize key functions such as order intake and communication, particularly through platforms like PerfectServe and Lightning Bolt. Manage IT hardware setup, support, and cloud connectivity across the organization. Support time and treatment tracking through custom solutions and integrations. Evaluate software tools proposed by departments, providing operational recommendations and implementation support. Maintain internal dashboards and reporting tools to support real-time decision-making across departments. Help establish standards for data governance, IT security, and system scalability. Participate in strategic planning for future IT growth and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hybrid IT/software development role. Experience with EMR systems, cloud tools, scripting, and system integration. Strong working knowledge of tools including AppSheet, Google App Script, BigQuery, Dataform, and Looker Studio. Familiarity with platforms such as PerfectServe and Lightning Bolt is a plus. Hands-on experience with both infrastructure setup and software development. Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and streamline business operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and capable of managing both day-to-day tasks and long-term projects independently.
