Clerical Associate Opportunity
Cardinal Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clerical Associate to provide administrative and operational support within our warehouse and distribution facility. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday. Pay is $18 an hour. Key Responsibilities:
Track and report daily attendance and employee rosters Process and report product returns accurately and promptly Prepare and print outgoing shipping labels for 1st shift operations Compile and distribute system-generated reports as required Respond to internal and external customer emails in a professional and timely manner Verify completed orders and generate shipping documentation File and maintain accurate records and documentation Provide administrative assistance to the department manager Maintain an organized and clean work area Perform additional administrative or clerical tasks as needed to support business operations Additional Expectations:
Flexibility to cover duties of other clerical staff during vacations or absences, which may require occasional overtime Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines Qualifications:
Previous clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business software Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic About Cardinal Staffing Services: Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. has over 30 years of experience being recognized as leaders in the staffing industry.
