Singnala is seeking a motivated and energetic Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a Front Office Representative, you will play a critical role in creating a positive impression of our company while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk operations and ensure a warm welcome for all visitors. Answer and redirect incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff. Maintain an organized and tidy front office area, including reception and waiting areas. Handle incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate departments. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry and filing. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office management is a plus. Proven experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
