We are seeking an experienced MILITARY
Project Manager
with a background in construction to oversee projects from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial excavation and sitework projects. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success. Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans. Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations. Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Requirements MUST HAVE LESS THAN 180 DAYS OF ACTIVE MILITARY SERVICE REMAINING Background in
construction project management . Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in reading blueprints and project plans. Knowledge of excavation and site preparation is a plus Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years
