Document Control Inspector
Location: Altadena, CA
Duration: 6 months+
Salary: $24-$26/hr
Schedule: M-F 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Requirements
Document Control Inspector duties for Property Rehab/Code Enforcement - Their main responsibility will be to support and help the BSD Property Rehab/Code Enforcement (PR/CE) program in addition to regular office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, etc. This individual will be assisting with permit research, assessor document collection, process PR/CE case files, data entry, producing case documents such as notices, photo sheets, maps, etc. This will include review of case files for completeness and preparing District Attorney Referrals. Training will be provided on how to use our EnerGov permit system and processing of all PR/CE documents and case management. The DCI can also be expected to help facilitate the scheduling of inspections and/or answering customer calls about PR/CE inquiries.
