Project Manager
One Federal Solution is seeking a Project Manager to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will oversee daily contract operations, coordinate contractor staff, and serve as the primary liaison between OFS and the government client. This role ensures contract compliance, quality assurance, staffing continuity, and overall mission success.
Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of contractor personnel under the contract
- Coordinate workload with the government Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
- Ensure all staff training, onboarding, and security clearances meet contractual requirements
- Pre-screen and vet candidates to fill contractor positions, and coordinate interviews with the government
- Manage staff performance, including identifying issues and implementing corrective action plans
- Maintain staffing levels and provide qualified replacements within required timeframes
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables, including monthly status reports, staffing and phase-in/out plans, and meeting minutes
- Serve as single point of contact for all contract-related matters
- Develop short- and long-term solutions for operational and staffing challenges
- Conduct regular staff and project status meetings
- Ensure contract compliance with quality control and quality assurance plans
Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience managing projects involving data analysis, legal support, training, recruitment, or related fields
- Experience coordinating multi-functional teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Project Manager Additional Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain favorable Public Trust determination
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in contract compliance, reporting, and quality assurance oversight
- Familiarity with federal project management practices and government reporting requirements
