Pride Health is hiring a Specimen Processor to support our client's medical facility, which is based in Fayetteville, AR, 72703.
This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Monday-Friday 5:00 pm - 9:30 pm Pay Range:
$16.20 - $18 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume Job Roles: Perform specimen processing tasks such as sorting, delivery, imaging, centrifugation, and aliquoting. Enter data accurately at a high speed (6,000+ keystrokes/hour). Maintain compliance with test ordering regulations. Work mainly night shifts with flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Follow safety protocols in a biohazard environment. Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate specimen processing. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Keep work area organized and clean. Adapt to daily operational changes and customer demands. Adhere to quality and safety standards. Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Qualifications Required: Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Preferred knowledge of laboratory testing, medical terminology, and specimen processing. Previous lab or production experience is a plus. Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
