Managing projects related to commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling installations Handling pricing, submittals, material procurement, and scheduling for awarded projects Ensuring the overall success of construction projects Providing exceptional client service Managing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards Overseeing contractual requirements and documentation What You Need
At least 3 years of estimating and project management experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc. Understanding of light gauge metal framing, drywall, and acoustical systems Experience with projects valued at $1M or more Strong math and organizational skills Excellent leadership and communication skills Benefits
Salary between $95,000 and $110,000 annually Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Annual bonus PTO and holiday pay Vehicle allowance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Application Instructions
