Legacy Health . Remote Position (OR/WA Only) This is a remote position incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location. All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule. Responsibilities
Epic Inpatient Orders Analyst II Certification Requirement:

Information Services plays a vital role in this mission. We seek experts in information systems to analyze, build, test, support, and maintain systems that benefit our hospital system and community. If you have a strong customer service orientation and experience in healthcare IT, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with users and IS peers to understand and capture business needs, developing requirements for applications. Analyze and document application processes and functions. Define design alternatives, develop specifications, and collaborate with business partners or vendors. Build or configure systems. Develop and execute test scripts to ensure software accuracy. Create internal procedures and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems, providing production support. Communicate with customers regarding request status and completion, adhering to SLAs. Document standards in the ITSM system. Follow change control processes diligently. Use Lean and ITIL principles to improve existing processes. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute. Experience:
2+ years in healthcare or related IT roles supporting operational areas. Skills:
Knowledge of IT concepts, system integration, databases, and problem-solving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Licensure/Certification:
Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional, EHR, HFMA may be required. Pay Range
USD $42.26 - USD $62.96 / Hr. Additional Information
