JOB TITLE:
ERP Analyst (SQL) **TOP 3 SKILLS:** LOCATION:
Raleigh-Durham, NC DURATION:
1.5 years RATE RANGE:
$63 - 75/hr
POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled ERP Analyst (SQL) to join our client's team for a long-term contract to support their ERP environment, primarily Infor VISUAL, with a future transition to SAP. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical SQL development skills and the ability to partner closely with business teams to understand and solve their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Support internal users by managing and resolving ERP-related tickets via their ticketing system Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support business processes Collaborate with various business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions INFOR VISUAL Support: Takeover and processing of complex support requests, forwarding of unsolvable support requests to INFOR Support, checking and implementing solutions proposed by INFOR support Ensure best practices are followed in SQL development and ERP support Assist with system maintenance and improvements for Infor VISUAL ERP Provide input and support during the eventual ERP migration from Infor VISUAL to SAP (within the next 12 -16 months) QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a SQL Developer, with strong hands-on coding and troubleshooting skills Experience supporting or working with ERP systems Demonstrated ability to communicate with business stakeholders and understand business processes Knowledge of ERP systems and how they integrate with business operations Ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines NICE TO HAVE:
Prior experience with Infor VISUAL ERP Systems Background in manufacturing or similar industries Familiarity with ticket management systems and user support workflows Strong understanding of data structures and reporting within an ERP context
