Job Summary The position is responsible for the architecture, oversight, build, enhancements, and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and end-to-end BI solution. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of data. Your Key Job Functions Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to gather requirements and oversee the development and maintenance of the Data Warehouse and BI solutions. Analyze source data to identify relationships and gaps. Lead teams in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Ensure proper deployment of data models across environments. Communicate changes and provide walkthroughs to technology teams before releases. Use version control and documentation standards in data management. Implement standard processes for managing large datasets, applying star schema and other techniques to maintain data integrity and performance. Optimize data read/write operations for efficiency. Communicate effectively with all organizational levels to understand and address business needs. Evaluate, select, and implement Teradata-based solutions for data warehousing and analytics. Provide technical leadership in designing data-centric applications and solutions. Document technical specifications, architect integrations and ETL processes, and develop design and data mapping documents. What You Bring to the Team Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, relational databases, and ETL concepts. Knowledge of dimensional modeling, relational modeling, and enterprise data warehouse design best practices. Experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Informatica, and SSIS preferred. Strong SQL coding skills. Hands-on experience leading data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like SSIS and Informatica. Experience designing data warehouses, dashboards, KPIs, and reports. Familiarity with cloud and on-premises data sources and targets. Deep understanding of SQL, ETL, data integrity, and error handling techniques. Knowledge of Teradata technologies and tools is a plus. Experience with data quality and governance tools such as Informatica Data Quality and Data Catalog. Understanding of change control procedures and documentation standards. Proficiency in MS Office. Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, organize effectively, and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
