V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Programmer Analyst 3 for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia . What You’ll Need Technical Requirements and Certifications » Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI or related Power Platform tools. Education And Experience » Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including building custom applications and creating automated workflows. Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions using Power Platform tools. Proven track record in simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify automation opportunities. Familiarity with change management principles to ensure smooth technology adoption. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive results. Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple applications concurrently. Preferred Experience working within public sector or transportation-focused organizations is a plus. Understanding of governance and best practices for Power Platform implementation. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: Lead workshops that encourage innovation and problem-solving skills while supporting users in app building and workflow creation. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including training guides and FAQs, ensuring resources are accessible and easy to follow. Build engaging Power Apps and Power Automate applications and PowerBI applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into customized Power Apps solutions and automated workflows. Analyze existing workflows and business processes, identifying and recommending opportunities for automation using Power Automate. Integrate organizational change management practices into training and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high user engagement. Serve as a technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle to the business teams. Interested?
