ETL Developer
We're seeking a skilled ETL Developer to join our team in a role that blends backend development with data engineering. This position is ideal for someone with strong Python skills and a passion for building efficient, scalable data pipelines. While the role is categorized under web development, the primary focus will be on backend ETL processes. Skills and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python. Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements. Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability. Ensure data integrity and implement robust error handling and logging. Integrate data from various sources including APIs, databases, and flat files. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in data engineering. Required Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python, especially for backend and data processing tasks. Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (custom or open-source). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
