on a contract to hire basis for a global entrepreneurial financial services client looking to scale their early talent initiatives in the U.S. This role isn't just about filling seats; it's about building a program from the ground up that mirrors the success of their established international model.

University and Early Careers Recruiter Responsibilities: Own recruitment for intern and graduate hires across business units Refine internship processes and sourcing strategies Collaborate with leadership to design and launch a U.S. graduate program Partner with hiring managers to clarify open role needs and build strong pipelines Provide interim support across recruitment functions as needed Serve as a thought partner to the incoming Global Head of TA Engage global and local stakeholders to align on hiring timelines and talent needs University and Early Careers Recruiter Requirements:
