Develop and validate sterilization & decontamination cycles (e.g. autoclaves, VHP) Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for steam and gas-based decontamination Lead protocol design, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives Support CAPAs, Change Controls, audits, and risk assessments Collaborate with QA, MSAT, and manufacturing for process lifecycle support Required competences & skills
Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences 5–10 years in a cGMP environment within biotech or pharmaceutical industry Strong expertise in sterilization and decontamination validation Hands-on experience with
autoclave validation Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with regulatory inspections and technical documentation Interested?
