100% employer-paid healthcare for employees; 50% coverage for dependents and immediate family; 401(k) with company match About the Role Our client, a high-growth company headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a
Senior FP&A Analyst
to support strategic financial planning and drive data-informed decision-making across the business. While the role is fully remote, candidates must reside in Texas to align with the company’s CST-based operations and team cadence. You’ll join a collaborative finance team with two trips per year to the Dallas HQ for planning and team-building sessions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation, experience supporting budget and forecast cycles, and a passion for using data to tell a financial story. The ideal candidate brings experience from public accounting, investment banking, or a PE-backed environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Build and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and key KPIs Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership Analyze variances and provide meaningful insights and recommendations Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning tools and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA or equivalent financial credential preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred), investment banking, or FP&A within a PE-backed company Strong financial modeling and Excel skills Experience with budgeting and forecasting software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or NetSuite Planning & Budgeting) Clear communication skills and ability to present insights to senior leadership Must currently reside in Texas Compensation:
