We're on the lookout for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team and help drive cutting-edge projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Engineer electrical systems, including power distribution (600V - 15kV), emergency power, telecom, low voltage, PV/solar, and microgrids. Lead & Influence:
Spearhead decarbonization and electrical infrastructure upgrade projects. Perform Analysis:
Use EasyPower, SKM, or ETAP to conduct load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies. Collaborate & Review:
Conduct peer reviews of third-party designs and develop electrical guidelines for clients. Oversee Commissioning:
Ensure proper installation and operation of meters, generators, and lighting systems. What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 5-10 years of experience in electrical system design for commercial & industrial buildings Washington and/or California PE License (Preferred) Proficiency in electrical analysis tools (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP) Bonus Skills: Familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, DBA, and data analytics for the built environment What We Offer: 401(k) with 4% Employer Match + Employee Stock Ownership Plan Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Flexible Vacation Policy: Take time off as needed Paid Parental Leave (up to 12 weeks) Life Insurance & AD&D Coverage Employer-Sponsored Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Annual Performance-Based Bonus Be Part of Something Bigger!
