Operations Manager- Modernization
in
Seattle, WA . The role involves managing modernization operations, employees, and projects to ensure profitability and budget achievement. Essential Job Functions:
Supervise modernization staff, provide training, and communicate policies. Administer safety programs and perform safety audits. Plan, direct, and prioritize elevator modernization projects using project management tools. Review job reports to identify risks and opportunities. Manage jobsites from survey to completion, including troubleshooting and quality audits. Oversee subcontractor performance and schedules. Develop relationships with clients, consultants, and construction firms. Review and approve bids, change orders, and other project documentation. Stay updated on industry codes and standards. Interface with corporate departments and attend training sessions. Resolve customer issues and coordinate materials and subcontracting. Conduct weekly site visits to monitor safety and progress. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or extensive industry/management experience. Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicles Report. Thorough knowledge of elevator industry management. Strong problem-solving and technical interpretation skills. What We Offer:
Salary: $140,000-$160,000 plus incentives (0%-100%), car allowance or company vehicle, fuel card. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, parental leave, and relocation assistance. Contact & Application:
