The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of transactional experience advising on crypto token rights, digital asset issuances, and various venture capital financings within the crypto and Web3 space. A strong understanding of blockchain technology and markets is required, and knowledge of securities law and regulatory issues around crypto tokens would be an advantage. Duties : Advise crypto and Web3 companies on venture capital financings, including crypto token rights and token warrants. Provide legal counsel on crypto tokens, digital assets, and NFT issuances. Manage primary and secondary sales of crypto tokens and digital assets. Assist in the creation of offshore structures for crypto token and digital asset issuances. Work with clients ranging from seed-stage startups to large private and public companies in the technology sector. Collaborate with clients in industries such as fintech, AI, digital media, gaming, big data, and climate solutions. Requirements : 3-6 years of transactional experience in corporate law, specifically within the crypto and blockchain sectors. Proficient in advising on venture capital financings and crypto token-related transactions. Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and market dynamics. Familiarity with securities law and regulatory challenges around crypto tokens and digital assets. Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education : Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications : Licensed to practice law in California (or eligible for licensure in California). Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
