La posicin del Empleado de Cremera consiste en dos turnos diferentes. El turno de la maana comienza reabastecimiento el producto, segn las instrucciones del Gerente o Asistente de Gerente, en un rea asignada especficamente. El Empleado de Cremera es responsable de ayudar a los clientes a lo largo de todo el turno. El Empleado de Cremera tambin mantiene la limpieza del departamento durante todo el turno. El segundo turno tambin ayuda a los clientes y mantiene la limpieza del departamento, sin embargo, tambin son responsables por la limpieza del departamento al final del da.
