If you have your WA L & D license and experience with small group benefits renewals, my client wants to talk to you about their new hybrid role. My client is a national insurance brokerage. This is a new hybrid role based out of the University Place, WA office. There are about 50 accounts that are all established groups under 50 lives. The book is a mix of direct and trust accounts. They use Wired Quote for direct carrier quoting and have strong relationships with several trust wholesaler underwriters who you will work with for trust/association renewal pricing. You will be the main point of contact for these accounts and most client meetings are handled over video. The company offers a rich benefits program, yearly bonus, and strong mentorship from the Team Manager who has been with the firm for over 9 years. This is a 3 day/week office hybrid schedule with 2 work from home days. Candidates need to have a WA Life & Disability license and 2 years of experience working in an employee benefits agency on small group business.
